America In Motion is currently seeking to hire a Project Manager to join our team. The candidate will manage projects dealing with our Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs). They will work with the AIM team to ensure all projects are finished on time and within the budget
​
Responsibilities:​
​

Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
-
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
-
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
-
Serving as a point of contact for team
-
Communicating with customers and the team to keep the project aligned with goals
-
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
-
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
-
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
-
Ensure resource availability and allocation
-
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
-
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
-
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
-
Use and continually develop leadership skills
-
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
-
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification:
​
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related discipline required
-
5+ years of project management experience
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
-
Experience with project management software tools
-
Experience with large manufacturing facilities construction sites preferred
-
Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software preferred
-
Reacts quickly and effectively to project adjustments and alterations.
-
Ability to work with tight deadlines and troubleshoot design problems.
-
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and vendors.

Flexible during times of change. Extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
